I actually thought the title to this post should be: "Once you got it, you got it".
It's just as easy developing good habits as bad habits. Exercising for just an hour a day, instead of watching TV.
Living below your means, instead of paying interest on stuff you've long since forgotten about.
Enjoying a green garden salad instead of hamburger and fries.
How about a
green smoothie instead of a beer?
Little lifestyle changes can really make a hugh difference in your life. I believe the greatest test is one of courage.
Otherwise, going through life fighting your daily demons becomes no fun.
