Here are two recipes of my creation. Though power packed with nutrition, they are also tasty. No food on this planet provides the nutrition of greens.
Collard Greensadd water
vinegar
brown/garlic sauce (found at Asian market)
bring to boil, then simmer for 2 hours
Salsaspinach
avocado
onion
tomato
cilantro
lime juice
Blend together in food processor
