Simple Vegan Meal

This is a simple and tasty vegan meal.


One can of pinto beans, rinsed.

Make salsa of tomato, onion, cilantro with lime or lemon juice. (Pineapple makes it even more tasty.)

Broil corn tortillas 3 minutes per side.

Use a little hot sauce.

For one can of pinto beans, I can make around 10 tacos, enough for 3 meals.
